I went today for a consultation and got pierced in the same appointment. The place is great, open space, very clean and inviting. The staff is amazing, from the front desk girls, to the piercers and tattoo artists, everyone is very nice and attentive. I got pierced by Jocelyn and she made me feel extremely comfortable. I'm usually a scaredy cat when it comes to needles and have even fainted a couple times, but this time I was surprised by how relaxed I felt, didn't even get dizzy. I highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking to get pierced, you won’t regret it.

So I had my first tattoo done!!! Of course I researched so many places. I have to say that their fast response and attention to detail was what got me. And of course I was nervous, my tattoo artist Flor, asked all the questions, I needed to ask, but didn’t know how to. It was like easy to talk to her and she got everything I wanted. The place is calm and the vibe eased the nerves. Everyone was so attentive, the check in girl and the lady walking around (sorry I didn’t get names, I was nervous. My name was on their wall, welcoming me! That was cool!!! Flor made sure I was comfortable at all times. One of my tattoo was in memory of my grandfather and I even cried, not for the pain but of sentiment. Loved my tattoos! Definitely going back with my sisters for another one.

SO SO happy I waited to get this piece until I was in Miami. I wanted a watercolor piece for my children and Flor completely blew me away. I sent in autumn leaves I picked with my girls from our New England home and Flor was able to replicate them beautifully with so much detail. She was patient and gave her artistic opinion when it came to placing everything. The shop is immaculately clean and everyone is so incredibly nice. Highly recommend if you’re ever in the area!

Incredible studio and amazing customer service! I just got my first tattoo here and would suggest Iris for anyone who is intimidated or unsure of taking that next step. The customer service shines through from step one with the email communication. Once you are at the studio, staff is welcoming and provides you with an after care package with your name. There is a magnet board and that also welcomes you to the space. The layout, Interior design, all of it makes you feel like you are at a salon! They even offer you a nice selection of teas while you wait. I got to work with Amanda, who I really appreciated and would recommend! She was so warm and embracing and helped me figure out what I really wanted. She played with the design a few times and also gave her professional feedback without pushing me towards one direction or another. She really wanted to make sure I loved the design before moving forward and would have reworked the design as many times as needed. It was also really special that they took such a nice photo afterwards of the final work! Every detail made the whole experience a special one. I'm so happy I was able to find Iris and work with Amanda on my first tattoo! Thank you!! 💕💕🪷🪷🪷✨✨

I had the honor to meet Tony and get tattooed by him! This was an incredible and important moment for me because I love my golden retriever babies so I thought what better way then to have them with me even when we’re not together. It’s a memory that will forever instill the love I have for them. Tony made this happen, he was knowledgeable and had an infectious spirit that definitely reflects on his passion for his love of tattooing. The atmosphere was great all the associates were extremely polite and made sure you are well taken care of. I will definitely be back for more tattoos w/ Tony. ☀️

Iris is incredible! From the second you walk in you feel so welcomed, they made me a green tea and introduced me to my piercer. I had no idea what I wanted and she guided me to the most perfect ear ever. This was the final product, quick & painless. Coming back when this side is healed to do the other :)

My mom, sister, and I had an appointment here to get our first tattoos. It was the best customer service experience I've ever had! Everyone who worked there was kind, considerate, and intentional. Our artist Amanda was amazing, bringing our ideal tattoos to life--they turned out even better than we dreamed! The owner Nahuel is wonderful, and he's created a welcoming, creative atmosphere. It was truly a one of a kind experience and I am so glad that I came here for my first tattoo! I will definitely be coming back here when I'm ready for my next one. It's too good to go anywhere else!
